RESOLUTION NO. 1319
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, Whereas , application having
been made to the War Department by the Miami Beach
Bay Shore Uompany, for permission to construct a Pier,
Boat slips and boat Hoist in Biscayne Bay at the foot
of Twentieth Street in Miami Beach, Florida, as shown
on a set of drawings designated Sheet 1 of 4, Sheet
2 of 4, sheet 3 of 4 and sheet 4 of 4, prepared by the
Miami beach Bay Shore Company under date of April 9,
1926, to accompany said application to the 'agar Depart-
ment for Permit for said construction.
Section 2: That this City Council does hereby
waive all objections to said proposed construction and
does hereby authorize Claude A. Renshaw, as City Manager
of said City, to sign and deliver in behalf of said City,
a written waiver of objections to the aforesaid construc-
tion, if said construction is acceptable to him.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, A. D. ,
1926.

Gentlemen:
Miami Beach Bay Shore Company respectfully
requests that they be granted a Waiver of Objections that
they may proceed with the construction of a pier, boat
slips and boat hoist at the toot of 20th Street, Biscayne
Bay, Miami Beach, Florida, in accordance with attached
permit sketches.
On September 15, 1925, we were granted Government
Permit No. 1601 to do this work, but it is now our intention
to enlarge this structure, and we are seeking a permit that
will provide for the extended area.
