RESOLUTION NO. 1324
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, r'lorida:
1st: That the Miami Herald is a newspaper of general cir-
culation in the City of Miami Beach, r'lorida:
2nd: That said Miami Aerald is hereby selected as the
newspaper in which the Tax Collector of said City shall publish
once each week, for four consecutive weeks, a list or statement
of all real estate assessed for the year 1925 and upon which
the taxes shall not have been paid before April 1, 1926, which
list shall be advertised according to law, specifying the amount
due on each parcel of real estate together with the cost of ad-
vertising and expense of sale and such real estate shall be
listed in such list in the same order in which the land was as-
sessed.
