BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
REACH, FLORIDA:
!hat notice has been given, as required by the Charter of
said. City, that at a meeting of said City Council to be held at
9 :00 o' clock A. M. , May 5th, 1926, it would hear any objectiors
of persons interested in or affected by the above designated im-
provements as to the acceptance thereof, and no objections having
been presented, said improvements , as completed, be and the same
are hereby accepted.
