RESOLUTION NO. 1327
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, Whereas, application having
been made to the war Department by lar. r. L. Alsobrook,
for permission to construct wharves in Biscayne Bay ad-
jacent to Lot 33, .Block 1, Palm Island, in Miami Beach,
elorida, as shown on a set of drawings prepared by Watson
& Garris, uivil .engineers, inc. , under date of April 15th,
1926, to accompany said Application to the War Department
for permit for said construction.
Section 2: That this City Council does hereby
waive all objections to said proposed cors traction and
does hereby authorize Claude A. Renshaw, as City Manager
of said City, to sign and deliver in behalf of said city,
a written waiver of objections to the aforesaid construc-
tion, if said construction is acceptable to him.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, A. D. , 1926.
