RESOLUTION NO. 1328
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY
OF MTAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, Whereas, application having
been made to the War Department by Mr. Clarence M.
Busch, for permission to construct a boat landing and
fender piles adjacent to his lots 36 and 37 of Block
1, Palm Island, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as shown on a set of drawings designated Sheet 1 of 2
and Sheet 2 of 2, prepared by the W. E. Brown Engineer-
ing Company, Inc. , under date of May 3rd, 1926, to ac-
company said application to the War Department for per-
mit for said construction.
Section 2: That this City Council does hereby
waive all objections to said proposed construction and
does hereby authorize Claude A. Renshaw, as City Manager
of said City, to sign and deliver in behalf of said City,
a written waiver of objections to the aforesaid construc-
tion, if said construction is acceptable to him.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th of May, A. D. , 1926.
