SANITARY SEWER HOUSE CONNECTION IM- SANITARY SEWER HOUSE CONYEC-
PROVEMENT HC-1 TION DISTRICT HO-1
WHEREAS, the city .ngineer has .filed with the City Cleat of
the City of iami beach, a preliminary assessment roll of the work
above designated in accordance with Section 29 of the City Charter
of said City, which said preliminary assessment roll has been order-
ed spread upon the minutes of the city Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, bE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami .beach, r'lorida, that the City Clerk be and same is hereby
directed to give notice by publishing, that a meeting of the City
Council will be held on the 2nd day of June, A. D. , 1926, at 9: 00
o ' clock A. M. , at the City Council Chambers in said City of Miami
Beach, for the purpose of receiving written objections from any
all persons whose property is described in said preliminary assss and
ment roll. ,� ess-
That said notice shall be published by the said City Clerk in
the iiami Daily Dews & Metropolis, a newspaper of general circula-
tion in the City of Miami beach for at least once each week for two
successive weeks prior to said meeting.
