RESOLUTION NO . 1359
DISTRICT H-91 HIGH'dAY IMPROVW NH-91
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL_ OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
H-91 TWENTY THIRD STRET: To be paved, and where heretofore
paved, repaved, to a width of fifty-nine feet, with a
Bituminous Wearing Surface on a Rock Base and improved
on both sides with Concrete Curb and Gutter , from the
South side of Collins Canal to the West line of Collins
Avenue ; as said Street, Canal and Avenue are shown on a
Plat recorded in Plat Book No . 5 Page 7 , of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Twenty-
third Street is named and designated in Ordinance No . 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates , the printing and pub-
lication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary rnd proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-91, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District H-91.
