RESOLUTION NO. 1360
DISTRICT H-92 Highway Improvement H-92
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its in-
tention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
H-92 ALTON ROAD: To be paved, and where heretofore paved,
repaved, to a width of seventy feet with a Bituminous
Wearing Surface on a Rock Base and improved on both
sides with a concrete curb and gutter. From the South
line of Lincoln Road to the South line of Collins
Canal; as said roads, street and Canal are shown on plats
recorded in Plat Book No. 6, Page 5 and Page 30, all of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-92, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be desig-
nated as District H-92.
