RESOLUTION NO . 1363
DISTRICT SK-41 SIDEWALK I PROVi ENT SK-41
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby otdered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SK-41 An eight foot concrete sidewalk on both sides of Alton
Road from Eighteenth Street to Nineteenth Street , as
said Road and Streets are shown on a Plat Recorded in
Plat Book No . 6 , Page 115, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates , the printing and pub-
- lication of notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds ,
interest during construction, legal serviccts , abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front /foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-41, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SK-41.
