RESOLUTION NO . 1366

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
1R-99 The lying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the North curb of West Forty-second Street
from the center line of Sheridan Avenue to the Center
line of Uuimet Avenue ;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral from each of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property;
as a part of the main improvement;
As said Avenues and Street are shown on Plats recorded in
Plat Book No . 25, Page 30 of the Public Records of Dade
County Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material , nature ,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with and of such description.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including anyi
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates , the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds , interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
eta. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting
the proceedings, and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-99 , and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be ,des-
ignated as District SR-99 .
