RESOLUTION NO . 1369
DISTRICT SR-102 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-102
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-102 The laying underground of an 8" Terra otta Sanitary Sewer,
or an 8" Concrete sanitary Sewer , and necessary manholes and
appurtenances;
At or near the center of Alton Road, from a point three feet
North of the South line of West Forty First Street to a
point fifty feet North of the North line of Biscayne Waterway;
At or near the center of West Forty-eighth Street , from the
center line of West Forty-seventh Court produced Easterly to
a point two and one half feet West of the West line of Lot 13 ,
Block 11 of Nautilus Addition produced Northerly;
At or near the center of North Meridian Avenue , from the
center line of Garden Avenue, to a point one hundred and
twenty-five feet North of the North line of West Thirty-seventh
Street ;
At or near the center of North Bay Road, from a point thirty
feet South of the S outh line of West Forty-seventh Street,
to a point twenty feet East of the Gest line of said Alton
Road North of (Private Road) .
At or near the center of said North Bay h oad, from a point
twenty-nine feet East of the said West line of said Alton Road
at the intersection of a line three feet North of the South
line of West Forty-first Street produced Westerly, to a
point fifty feet West of the said E est line of said Alton Road
South of said (Private goad) ;
At or near the center of Said West Forty seventh Street, from
a point two and one half feet Jast of the 'Jest line of said
North Bay tioad, to a point twenty feet East of the said West
line of said Alton Road;
At or near the center of .'Jest Forty-fifth Street, from the
center line of said North Bay Road, to a point twenty feet
East of the said West line of said Alton inoad;
The laying under,.;round of a 10" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer,
or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances;
At or near the center of said North Meridian Avenue , from
the said point one hnndred and twenty-five feet North of the
North line of said .est Thirty-seventh Street ; to a point
three feet North of the said South line of said test Forty-
first Street ; East of said North Leridian Avenue ;

Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete , Sewer
Lateral from each of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property, as
a part of the main improvement ;
As said Streets, Avenues, Roads, 'daterway, and Subdivision
are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 8, Pages 95
and 130; in Flat Book zoo. 29 , Page 67 , all of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material , nature ,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Sngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of
said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, includ-
ing an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary
and other surveys , the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds , interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for ; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall -Je designated in all proceedings , assess-
ments and bonds as Sanitary sewer Improvement SR-102, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-102.
