RESOLUTION NO . 1370
DISTRICT SR-103 SANITARY SEWER ILTROVELCNT SR-103
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to _>roceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-103 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer , and necessary
manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the Jest Curb of Alton Road, from a point
fifty feet South from the South line of Surprise Waterway
to the center line of West Forty-seventh Street;
At or near the West curb of North Bay Road, from the
center line of said Test Forty-seventh Street, to a
point fifty feet South of the said South line of said
Surprise ',[[aterway;
At or near the East curb of said ITorth Bay Road, from
the said Center line of said `Wiest Forty-seventh Street ,
to a port fifty feet South of the said South line of
said Surprise Waterway;
The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances ;
At or near the said 'Jest curb of said Alton Road, from
the said center line of said West Fortyseventh Street
to the center line of West Forty-fifth Street ;
The laying underground of a 12" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a 12" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the said. `lest curb of said Alton Road, from
the center line of said gest Forty-fifth Street to the
center line of North Bay Road, North of Private Road.
The laying underground of a 15" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer , or a 15" Concrete anitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the said ;fest curb of said Alton Road, from
the center line of said Forth Bay Road, North of said
Private Road to a point three feet North of the South
line of nest Forty-first Street.
The laying underground of an 18" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 18" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenancesp

At or near the South curb of said ;lest Forty-first Street
from a poiriit twenty-nine feet East of the West line of
said Alton Road to a point twenty-five feet West of the
East line of North Leridian Avenue , South of said ';test
Forty-first :Street .
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral from each of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property; as
a part of the main improvement.
As said Roads, Streets, Avenues and Waterway are shown
on Plats recorded in Plat Book
No.

And it is hereby directed that the material , nature ,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined i _ conformity with one of such description
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said
imnrovemen� and an estimate expenses of the ost of of prelichinaryclndln an

surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and esti�aitte, tarthe at
print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings ,
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts ,
