AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.6 OF CHAPTER 2
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 2.6 of Chapter 2 of
the Code of the City of Miami Beach reading as
follows:
"C. CITY CLERK AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT
1. City clerk and finance director
2. Accounting division supervisor
3. Purchasing agent
4. Parking system division supervisor
5. Assistant city clerk - division supervisor"
be and the same is hereby deleted, and that in lieu thereof,
the following is substituted:
C. CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT
1. City Clerk - Director
2. Assistant City Clerk
3. Clerk of Municipal Court
D. FINANCE DEPARTMENT
1. Finance Director
2. Chief Accountant
3. Data Processing Supervisor
4. Parking System Division Supervisor

1. Administrative Services Director
2. Budget Officer
3. Purchasing Agent
and that the paragraphs presently lettered "D" through "K" be
and the same are hereby re -lettered to conform with the fore-
going amendment.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall go into effect October 1, 1973.
