DISTRICT SR-104 SANITARY SE,xLia IMPROVEMENT+NT SR-104
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-104 The laying underground of an 8't Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and ap purtenances;
At or near the South curb of Biscayne Street from the
center line of the Alley between Collins Avenue and
Washington Avenue produced southerly to a point twenty-
five feet East of the East line of Biscayne Bay;
At or near the said South Curb of said Biscayne Street
from the center line of said Collins Avenue to the
East line of said Collins Avenue ;
At or near the said South curb of said Biscayne Street
from a point three hundred and four feet East of said
East line of said Collins Avenue to the High Water
mark of the Atlantic Ocean;
The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer , and necessary
manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the said South curb of said Bicayne Street ,
from the said center line of said Collins Avenue , to
the said center line of said Alley between said Collins
Avenue End said Washington Avenue , produced Southerly;
In and across -aid Biscayne Street, from a point at the
North line of said Biscayne Street and at the said center
line of said Alley between said C ollins Avenue and said
Washington Avenue to a point seventeen feet North of the
South line of said Biscayne Street;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta , or a 6" Concrete ,
Sewer Lateral from each of such main seers to the line
of approximately each twenty-five feet of adjacent
property; as a part of the main improvement;
As said Avenues, Street, Drive and Bay are shown on
Plats recorded in Plat Book No . 2, Pages 38 and 81; in
Plat Book Yo . 3, Page 151; in Plat Book No . 6 , Page 77 ;
all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
as said Street, Avenues and Drive are named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No . 232.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature ,
character and size of said improvement be subsecuently
determined in conformity with one of such description;

The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City clerk plans and specif i .ations of each kind of
said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, includ-
ing an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary
and other surveys, the inspection and suoerintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estim-
ates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds , interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein pro-
' vided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , ass-
essments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-104, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be desi :•noted as District SR-104.
PASSD AIM ADOPTED this 11th day of June A.D.1926.
