RESOLUTION NO. 1373
DISTRICT SL-2 SANITARY SEWER LATERAL IEE'ROVEM +NT SL-2
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAAI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SL-2 The laying underground of a 6" Terra Cotta or 6"
Concrete Sanitary Sewer Lateral, as a separate im-
provement, from the existing Sanitary Sewer, to
the line of approximately each twenty-five feet of
adjacent property;
In Alton Road, on the West side, from Fifth Street
to Sixth Street.
As said Road and Streets are shown on a Plat record-
ed in Plat Book No. 21, Page 83, of the Public Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material of said
improvement be subsequently determined in conformity
with one of such descriptions.
The City IiIngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said im-
provement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work,- the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication
of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest dur-
ing construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for ; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
the abutting property for each lineal foot of lateral.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-2, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SL-2.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, A. D. , 1926.
