RESOLUTION NO. 1375
DISTRICT WW-2 WHITE WAY IMPROVEMENT WW-2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
' FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
WW-2 Bridge Road from the West side of Belle Isle
to the East side of said Belle Isle, to be im-
proved with a White Way light system of ornamental
posts and lamps at approximately every one hun-
dred feet on each side of said road with under-
ground connections for lighting said road, as said
road and Isle are shown on Plats recorded in Plat
Book No. 5, Page 11; and in Plat Book No. 17, Page
34, all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for ;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as White Way Improvement WW-2, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District WW-2.
