RESOLUTION NO. 1383
District SK-41 Sidewalk Improvement SK-4l
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of June, 1926, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated
as Sidewalk Improvement SK-41, District SK-41, and directed the City
Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimat-
es of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door
of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police Sta-
tion and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami Beach, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
23rd day of June, 1926, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. , the City Council will
hear the remonstrances of all persons interested to the confirmation
of said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, A. D. , 1926.
