RESOLUTION IT0. 1390
District SR-103 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-103
WHEREAS,` on the 11th day of June, 1926, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated
as Sewer Improvement SR-103, District SR-103, and directed the City
Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses,- and the said plans and specifica-
tions and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses
have been filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door
of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police
Station and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami Beach, a
notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
Beach on the 23rd day of June , 1926, at 9:00 o' clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested
to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, A D. , 1926.
