RESOLUTIOIT NO. 1405
District H-92 Highway Improvement H-92.
WHEREAS, the City Uouncil, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 11th day of June , 1926 , ordered the Highway Im-
provement H-92 , District H-92 , and, the City Engineer, under
direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of suc improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including anestimate of the
cost of the incidental expenses of said im-_:I°ovement , and where-
as due notice by publication as required by the City Charter
has been made that the City Council would on the 23rd day of
June , 1926 , at the City Hall in said City, at 9 :00 o 'clock
A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances of all interested persons
to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment , and no remonstrances having been presented at the time
ani place aforesaid,
TF,REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said
City Council ordering said Highway Improvement H-92 , District
H-92 , be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June , A. D. , 1926.
