District H-93 Highway Improvement H-93.
WHEREAS , the City Council, by resolution passed and

adopted on the 11th d.ay of June, 1926 , ordered the Highway
Improvement H-93, District H-93, and the City Engineer, under
direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and a-r
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the ;Yt
cost of the indidental expenses of said improvement , and where-
as due notice by publication as required by the City Charter
has been made that the City Council would on the 23rd d.ay of
June, 1926 , at the City Hall in said City, at 9:00 o 'clock
A. M. ,, receive and hear remonstrances of all interested par-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said
improvement , and no remonstrances having been presented at the
time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said
City Council ordering said Highway Improvement H-93 , District
H-93, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June , A. D. , 1926.
