RESOLUTION NO. 1407
District SK-40 Hidewalk Improvement SK-40
WHEREAS , the City Council,- by resolution passed and
adopted on the lith day of June , 1926 , ordered the Sidewalk •
Improvement SK-40 , District SIS-40 , and the City Engineer,
under direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement , and where-
as due notice by publication as required by the City Charter
has been made that the City Council would on the 23rd day of
June, 1926 , at the City Hall in said City, at 9 :00 o 'clock
A. I:. , receive and hear remonstrances of all interested persons
•
to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment , and no remonstrances having been presented at the time
and place aforesaid,.
Ti±itki 'ORE, BEE RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said
City Council ordering said Hidewralk Improvement SK-40, District
SK-40 , be and the same is hereby confirmed.. ,'
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June , A. D. , 1926.
