RESOLUTION NO. 1410
District SR-98 Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-98.
WH EAS , the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 11th day of June , 1926 , ordered the Hanitary
Sewer Improvement SR-93, District SR-98, and the City Engineer,
under direction of the City Council, bas prepared and filed with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas
due notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 23rd day of June ,
1926 , at the City Hall in said City, at 9:00 o 'clock A. M. ,
receive and hear remonstrances of all interested persons to the
confirmation of said resolution orderin_; said improvement , and
no remonstrances having been presented at the time and -dace
aforesaid,
TI .EPORE, BE IT RESOLVED b;r the City Council of the
City of ; i_wmi Beach, -Florida, that the said resolution of said
City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-98,
District SR-98, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, A. D. , 1926.
