Resolution 1417 RESOLUTION NO.1417
District SL-1 Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-1.
Whereas, the City Council, by resolution passed arnd
adopted on the 11th day of June , 1926 , ordered the Sewer Lateral
Improvement SL-1, District SL-1, and the City Engineer , uitider
direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost tereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has been
made that the City Council would on the 23rd day of June , 1926 ,
at the City Hall in said City, at 9 :00 oTclock A. M. , receive
and hear remonstrances of all interested persons to the confir-
mation of said resolution ordering said improvement , and no
remonstrances having been presented at the time and place a-
foresaid,
THER ll4ORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said
City council ordering said Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-1,
District SL-1, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, A. D. , 1926.
