Resolution 1419 RESOLUTION NO. 1419
District WW-1 'Mite ;Tay Improvement Ti-1.
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 11th, day of June , 1926 , ordered the White Way
Improvement WW-1, District WW-1, and the City Engineer, under
direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has been
made that the City Council would on the 23rd day of June , 1926 ,
at the City Hall in said City, at 9:00 o 'clock A. .r . , receive and
hear remonstrances of all interested persons to the confirmation
of said resolution ordering said improvement , and no remonstrances
having been presented at the time and Mace aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the said resolution of said
City Council ordering said White Way Improvement WW-1, District
WW-1, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, A. D. , 1926.
