RESOLUTION NO. 1428
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That Ed. R. Neff, as City Engineer for said City,
be and he is hereby directed and authorized to make appli-
cation to the War Department of the United States for a
permit to lay four sixteen inch water siphons, under
Biscayne Bay, at the East and West Drawbridges of the
Venetian Way, and to make such application in the name
of said City or in his own name as a representative of
said City.
