RESOLUTION NO. 1433
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, Whereas, application having
been made to the iar Department by Peninsular State Oil
Company, for permission to construct a steel bulkhead
in Biscayne Bay adjacent to their Lots 28 to 31, inclu-
sive, of Block 111, of Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, said bulkhead to be
run out twenty-five feet 'to the bottom line of the chan-
nel and side wings back to the old bulkhead line, in ac-
cordance with plans designated Sheet 1, Sheet 2 and Sheet
3, prepared by George B. Hillis Company of Jacksonville,
Florida, under date of July 10, 1926, to accompany said
application to the War Department for permit for said
construction.
Section 2: That this City Council does hereby
waive all objections to said proposed construction and
does hereby authorize Claude A. Renshaw, as City i1ane er
of said City, to sign and deliver in behalf of said City,
a written waiver of objections to the aforesaid construction,
if said construction is acceptable to him.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, A.D.
1926.
