RESOLUTION NO. 1446
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, Whereas, application having been
made to the 'zvar Department by Mr. Phil Pomeroy for per-
mission to construct a wharf in Biscayne Bay adjacent to
Lot 8, Block 3, Hibiscus Island, in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, as shown on drawings designated Sheet 1
of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2, prepared by Watson & Garris, Civil
Engineers, Inc. , udder date of August 10th, 1926, to ac-
company said application to the War Department.
Section 2: ' That this City Council does hereby waive
all objections to said proposed construction and does here-
by authorize laude A. Renshaw, as City Manager of said
City, to sigf and deliver in behalf of said City, a written
waiver of objections to the aforesaid construction, if said
construction is acceptable to him.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of ugust, A. D. ,
1926.
