AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO AS TO
PROVIDE FOR A REDUCTION FROM $2, 500 TO $600
IN OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FEE FOR BURLESQUES
OR OTHER SIMILAR PERFORMANCES , SUBJECT TO
APPROVAL BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Chapter 20, Section 20-17 (194) (c) ,
of the Code of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
reading as follows:
" (c) Burlesques or other similar
performances, subject to approval
by the city council 2, 500 . 00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
" (c) Burlesques or other similar
performances , subject to approval
by the city council 600. 00"
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effective as of the 1st
day of October, 1975.
