Ordinance 76-2062 Qii lib je-yi\ ORDINANCE NO. 76-2062 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1605 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A COMPENSATION PLAN FOR OFFICES AND POSITIONS IN THE UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE, ESTABLISHING RANGE AND SALARY FOR CLASSIFICATIONS OF JUNIOR AUDITOR, MANAGEMENT INTERN I, MANAGEMENT INTERN II, MANAGEMENT INTERN III, THERAPEUTIC RECREATION SUPERVISOR, TRANSITIONAL MANAGEMENT INTERN I, AND TRANSITIONAL JUNIOR AUDITOR, AND ELIMINATING CLASSIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT INTERN; PROVIDING FOR PASSAGE AS AN EMERGENCY MEASURE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the following lines be added in numerical sequence, to Section 1, Part B, City Manager's Office, of Ordinance No. 1605: BI-WEEKLY COMPENSATION RANGE MINIMUM MAXIMUM "371 Junior Auditor J 33 462.84 544.62 , 376 Management Intern I J 25.5 352.54 404.24 377 Management Intern II J 30 411.02 481.82 378 Management Intern III J 36 522.70 622.54" SECTION 2. That the following line be added in numerical sequence, to Section 1, Part H, Parks and Recreation Department, of Ordinance No. 1605: BI-WEEKLY COMPENSATION RANGE MINIMUM MAXIMUM "970 Therapeutic Recreation Supervisor J 36 522.70 622.54" SECTION 3. That the following lines be added in numerical sequence, to Section 1, Part 0, City Manager's Office, of Ordinance No. 1605: BI-WEEKLY COMPENSATION RANGE MINIMUM MAXIMUM "1807 Transitional Junior Auditor J 33 462.84 544.62 1812 Transitional Management Intern I J 25.5 352.54 404.24" SECTION 4. That the following line be deleted from Section 1, Part B, City Manager's Office, of Ordinance No. 1605: BI-WEEKLY COMPENSATION RANGE MINIMUM MAXIMUM "376 Management Intern J 36 522.70 622.54" SECTION 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. • SECTION 6. This ordinance shall become effective as of June 3,, 1976. SECTION 7. This ordinance is hereby adopted as an emergency ordinance under the provisions of Section 9 of the City Charter.
