AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1605 BEING "AN
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A COMPENSATION PLAN FOR OFFICES AND
POSITIONS IN THE UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE, ESTABLISHING
RANGE AND SALARY FOR NEW CLASSIFICATION OF CENTRAL
SERVICES DIVISION SUPERVISOR; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR PASSAGE AS AN EMERGENCY
MEASURE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following lines be added in numerical sequence, to
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1605:
BI -WEEKLY COMPENSATION
MINIMUM MAXIMUM
"354 Central Services Division Supervisor 726.16 861.23"
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective as of October 3, 1979.
SECTION 4. This ordinance is hereby adopted as an emergency ordinance under
the provisions of Section 9 of the City Charter.
