Ordinance 76-2081 ORDINANCE NO. 76-2081
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
BY FIXING OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES FOR
MOVING PICTURE SHOWS AND THEATERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Paragraph 131 of Section 20-17 of the Code of the
City of Miami Beach be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
" (131) MOVING PICTURE SHOWS $ 600. 00"
SECTION 2 : That Paragraph 194 of Section 20-17 of the Code of the
City of Miami Beach be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
" (194) THEATERS $ 600. 00"
SECTION 3 : All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4 : This ordinance shall go into effect ten days after
passage.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of November , 1976 .
