RESOLUTION NO. 145].
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida:
1. That EDWARD P. FLANNERY be and he is hereby
designated and appointed Publicity Agent of The Central-
ized Publicity Bureau of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
2. That he shall have charge of and be the director
of publicity of said City under such supervision as the
City Manager shall from time to time deem proper to be
exercised. -�►.
3. That the compensation of said Publicity Agent
shall be fixed and provided for by the City Manager.
