RESOLUTION NO. 1455
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAwSI :B ACH, FLORIDA, AWARDING TiE CO1"TRACT
y'OR TIE CO-ST-RUCTION OF THE P ROPO SED CITY GARAGE
TO WI. S. GREEN.
WHEREAS, due notice was given to contractors by pub-
lishing in the Miami Herald in accord2nce with provisions of
the City Charter, a notice calling for bids for the construction
of the proposed City Garage, and
WI REAS, bids were received and public .11y opened at
this City Council Meeting held on this date,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of IZiami Beech, that the contract for the construction
of the proposed City Garage be awarded to Wm. S. Green it being
hereby determined that the bid of said ;1m. S. Green is the
lowest and best bid received.
PASSED Arm ADOPTED this 8th day of September, A.A.,
1926.
