RESOLUTION NO. 1456
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, Whereas, application having been
made to the '`Tar Department by Mr. W. H. Ebsafor per-
mission to construct a wharf in Biscayne Bay per-
z1/41.
to
Lot 38, Block 2, Palm Island,' in the City of Mi Beach,
Florida,' as shown on drawings designated Sheet 1 of 3,
Sheet 2 of 3, and Sheet 3 of 3, prepared by Watson 8a Garris,
Civil Engineers, Inc.,' under date of August 25, 1926, and
September 1926, to accompany said application to the War
Department.
Section 2: Tha t this City Council does hereby waive
all objections to said proposed construction and does here-
by authorize Claude A. Renshaw, as City Manager of said City,
to sign and deliver in behalf of said City, a written waiver
of objections to the aforesaid construction, if said con-
struction is acceptable to him.
PASSED AND A DOTTED this 15th day of September, A.D. ,
1926.
