incl. H-72, H-73, H-76, H-78, incl. , H-72, H-73, H-76, H-78,
H-82, H-83, H-85 and H-88. H-82, H-83,H-85 and H-88.
WHERFA,S, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, met on the 15th day of September, A.D. , 1926, at 9:00
A.M. , at the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
pursuant to the notice of said meeting, as per Section 29 of
the City Charter , to hear all written objections to the con-
firmation of the preliminary assessment rolls of Highway
Districts H-66 to 69 incl. , H-72, H-73, H-76, H-78, H-82, H-83 ,H-85
and H-88, Highway Improvements H-66 to 69 incl. , H-72, H-73,
H-76, H-78, H-82, H-83, H-85 aid H-88, by any person whhoae
property is described in said preliminary assessment rolls , and
WHEREAS, the City Council having received no written
remonstrances filed at the eo nfirmation of the said preliminary
rolls by any person whose property is described in said roll,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, the prima facie assessment rolls as indicated
on said preliminary assessment rolls, be and are, in all things
confirmed and sustained against any and sli lots or parcels
o f g round described therein.
BE IT 7URTHR RESOLVED that the sums and amounts against
each of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary
assessment rolls is less than the amount that each of said lots
or parcels of ground is benefited by said improvement; that
the total cost of said improvement in the sums as follow are
hereby approved and confirmed:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ten (10) days .after the date of
this confirmation of said assessment rolls, the same be delivered
to the City Clerk of said City and said City Clerk is hereby
ordered, thirty ( 30 ) days after the date of this resolution, to
make collections of the assessments therein as required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, A.D., 1925 .
