AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1605 , BEING
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMPENSATION PLAN
FOR OFFICES AND POSITIONS IN THE UNCLASSIFIED
SERVICE; CREATING OR RE-CREATING SAID OFFICES
AND POSITIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ORGANIZA-
TIONAL PLAN; AND ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
SALARIES THEREFOR , PROVIDING FOR PASSAGE AS EMERGENCY
MEASURE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1605 ,
being an ordinance establishing a compensation plan
for offices and positions in the unclassified service; creating
or re-creating said offices and positions in accordance with an
organizational plan; and establishing a schedule of salaries
therefor, reading as follows :

be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2 : That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This is an emergency ordinance and shall go into
effect immediately upon adoption.
