STORM SEWER DISTRICTS SR-47 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-47
and SR-60. and SR-60.
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer cnc. filed by him with the City
Clerk, on the above described improvements in accordance with
the provisions of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESJ LVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause
a notice to be given in accordance with said City Charter that
a meeting of the said City Council will be held at 9 :00 otclock
A.M. , October 6, 1926, at which time all interested persons
may appear and file written objections to the confirmation of
said rolls.
