V.E`EAS, preliminary assessment roll has been
• completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in accordance
with the provisions of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW THEiEORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause a notice to be given in accordance with said Oity
Charter that a meeting of the said City Council will be
held at 9: 00 oTclock A.M. , October 6, 1946, at which time
all interested persons may appear and file written objections
to the confirmation of said roll.
