RESOLUTION NO. 1463.
A RESOLUTION ORDERING ALL BIDS REJEC'1'1ED
ON CITY HALL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received and opened on
Septelber 8th, 1926, for the proposed construction of a
new City Hall for the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and
WHEREAS, owing to the emergency at present existing
on account of the recent hurricane, it is deemed inadvis-
able to proceed at present with the construction of said
proposed City Hall,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that all of the said
bids be rejected and the Clerk be instructed to return
the checks accompanying all such 1-ids.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, A.D. ,
1926.
