RE OLUTION NO. 1471.
STORM 5E1E2 LIFAYTEIENTS STORM SEATER DISTRICTS

T 'L3, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, ..-et on the 6th day of October, A.D. , 1926, at
9:00 A.M. , at the City H . l in the City of Miami Beach,
?{'lorida, pursuant to the notice oz said meeting, as per
Section 29 of the City Charter, to hear �.i1 written ob-
jections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment
rolls of Storm Sewer Improvements SR-47 and SR-60, Storm
Sewer Districts SR-47 and SR-60, by any person whose
property is described in said preliminary assessment rolls,
and
WITEREAS, the City Council having received no =-::itte-
remonstra�_.ces filed at the confirmation of ti_e said pre 1. nary
rolls by any person whose property is described in said r ls,
THEREFORE, BE IT SOLVED by the City Coaacil of Miami
Beach, Florida, the prima facie assessment rolls as indicated
on said preliminary assessment rolls, be and are , in all
things confirmed and s ast-ined against any and all lots or
parcels of ground described therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the suns and amounts against
each of the lots or parcels of ground in said ay eliminary
assessment rolls• are less than the amount that each of said
lots or parcels of ground is benefited b said improvement;
that the total cost of said improvements in the following
sums are hereby approved and confirmed:
SR-47 $2,557.20
SR-60 23, 802.67 •
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT ten ( 10) days after the date
of this confirmation of said assessment rolls, the same be
delivered to the City Clerk of said City and said City Clerk
is hereby ordered, thirty . 0)• days after the date of this
resolution, to make colle ' - ons of the assessments therein
as required by law.
