RESOLUTION NO. 1472
SIDEWALK II:H.'OV ENT SK--14 SIDEWALK DISTRICT SK-14
WHERiUS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,'
Florida , met on the Cath day of October, A.D. , 1926, at
9:00 A.H., at the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, purs»ant to the notice of said meeting, as per
Section 29 of the City Charter, to hear all written ob-
jections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment
roll of Sidewalk Improvement SK-14, Sidewalk District SK-14,
by any person -:hose property is described in said preliminary
assessment roll, and
REAS, the City Council having received no written
remonstrances filed at the confirmation of the said ire-
liminary roll by any person nose property is described in
said roll,

on said preliminary assessment roll, be and is,: in all things

date of this confirmation of said assessaent roll, the same be
delivered to the Cit;;- Clerk of said City and said City Clem
is hereby ordered, thirty (30) days after the date of this
resolution, to make collections o _ the assessments therein
as required )17. law.
