Resolution 1475 RESOLUTION NO. 1475
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COJNCIL OP BEACH,'
FLORIDA.
That Ed R. Neff, as City Engineer for said City, be
and he is hereby directed and authorized to make application
to the Na' r Department of the United States for a permit
to construct a wharf along the Biscayne Bay water front
immediately south of the eastern end of the Miami causeway
viaduct, and adjoining the property owned by the said
City of Miami Beach, and to make such application in the
rime of s=_id City or in his own name as representative of
the said City.
