Ordinance 77-2088 ORDINANCE NO. 77-2088
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
NAMING A CERTAIN STREET, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH
HALF OF THE OLD MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE TRACT, TO
BE DESIGNATED AS "CONVENTION CENTER DRIVE" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That certain new 73 ft. wide street running north
from 17th Street to Dade Boulevard, the center line of
which lies 571. 2 ft. east of the center line of Meridian Avenue,
is hereby named and shall hereafter be known, designated and
referred to as "Convention Center Drive" .
SECTION 2 : That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall go into effect ten (10) days
after passage.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of February , 1977.
