BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the offer of Wright-
.yMarlow & Company of Orlando, Florida, to purchase a
proposed issue of Public Improvement Bonds in the amount
of $300,0j0.00 to be dated January 1st, 192.7, which
offer is in the words and figures following,
November 5, 1926.
Honorable Mayor and City Council,
City of Miami Beach, Florida.
Gentlemen:
For the $300,000 City of Miami Beach Public Im-
provement Bonds which you propose to issue , said bonds to
be direct general obligation of said City, and on which elec-
tion is to be called, said bonds to be dated January 1,
1927, to mature f 60,000 on January 1 in each of the
years 1928 to 1932 inclusive, to bear interest at the
rate of 6% per Unum, payable semi-annually, both principal
and interest being payable at a bank in New York City,
we wri. 11 upon delivery of said londs to us at such bank
as we may designate, pay you X970.00 for each 01,000.00
of bonds. We will, also pay accrued interest from date
of the bonds to date of delivery to us.
Prior to or at the time of delivery of said bonds
to us yiu agree to furnish us with the approving opinion
of Messrs . Caldwell and Raymond of New York and complete
certified transcript of legrl proceedings. It is under-
stood and agreed that these bonds are to be validated
by decree of the Circuit Court.
It is further understood and agreed that no additional
bonds of your City are to be sold or advertised for sale
for 2 period of 90 days from date of delivery of these
bonds to us.
