completed by the City Engineer and. filed by him with the City
Clerk, on the above described improvements in accordance
with the provisions of Section 29 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the Cit;; of Miami Beach, I'lo-.ida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordence with said City
Charter that a meeting of the said City Council 1111 be
held at 10:00 o' clock A.M. , December 15th, 1926, at
which time all interested parsons may appear and file
written objections to the co-ifirmation of said rolls.
