RESOLUTION NO. 1480
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That Ed. R. Neff, as City Engineer for said City
be and he is, hereby directed and authorized to make
application to the jar Department of the United States
for a renewal of the permit to dump garbage in the
Atlantic Ocean and to make auch application in the
name of said City or in his om name as a representative
of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of November,
1926.
