AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20-17 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 20-17 of the Code of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows :
" (53. 1) CLOSING-OUT SALES (30 days) $200. 00
Additional 15 days $200. 00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
" (53. 1) CLOSING-OUT SALES (30 days) $200. 00
Additional 15 days $200. 00
Provided, however, upon proper
proof to the tatisfaction of the
City' s Finance Director that the
permittee has in fact permanently
closed his business, said license
fee or fees shall be refunded to
the permittee. "
SECTION 2 : All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall go into effect ten days after
its passage.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of September , 1977.
