ORDINANCE NO. 77-2106
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 789 OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL
CLASSIFICATIONS OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASSIFIED
SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING RANGE AND SALARY FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
OF TRANSITIONAL WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION CLERK AND
WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION CLERK; PROVIDING FOR PASSAGE
AS AN EMERGENCY MEASURE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following lines be added in numerical sequence, to Section 1,
Part V, Managerial, Supervisory, Confidential, and Supportive, of
Ordinance No. 789:
BI-WEEKLY COMPENSATION
RANGE MINIMUM MAXIMUM

SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective as of October 19, 1977.
SECTION 4. This ordinance is hereby adopted as an emergency ordinance under the
provisions of Section 9 of the City Charter.
