ORDINANCE NO. 79-2181
AN ORDINANCE PLACING THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
6764 COLLINS AVENUE (LOT 7, BLOCK 6, AMENDED
2ND OCEAN FRONT SUB) IN THE "K" DISTRICT AS
SAME IS DEFINED IN CHAPTER 18 OF THE CITY CODE;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PRO-
VIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the map referred to and made a part of Chapter 18
under the provisions of Section 18-41 be and the same
is hereby amended so as to exclude the following described parcel
of land from the "I" District and to include in the "K" District:
Lot 7, Block 6, AMENDED 2ND OCEAN FRONT
SUB (Kurby's Bar, 6764 Collins Avenue).
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon
its passage and posting as required by law.
