Ordinance 80-2199ORDINANCE NO. 80-2199 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1605 BEING THE UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES SALARY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR A SEVEN PERCENT (7%) INCREASE TO CLASSIFICATIONS IN THE UNCLASSIFIED SALARY ORDINANCE EXCLUDING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE RETROACTIVE TO OCTOBER 8, 1979. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COYMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1, That Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance No. 1605 which read as follows: "SECTION 1: The following shall constitute the Compensation Plan for the offices and positions in the Unclassified Service which are hereby created or re-created in accordance with the following organization plan, and a schedule of rates of salaries effective April 1, 1979, and as thereafter amended, for said offices and positions is hereby established as follows: JOB CLASSIFICATION JOB CLASS NO.
